QUALIFICATIONS
GME Testing in Fort Wayne, Indiana is accredited by the AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP). This highly sought, third party accreditation indicates both our people and quality system have been assessed and found in compliance with an internationally recognized quality assurance standard (AASHTO R18 “Standard Recommended Practice for Establishing and Implementing a Quality System for Construction Materials Testing Laboratories”). GME Testing is also recognized as a Pre Qualified Consultant by the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Geotechnical Engineering Department as well as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. GME Testing accreditations extends to include, for example, the following standards.
- ASTM E-329: Standard Specification for Agencies Engaged in the Testing and/or Inspection of Materials Used in Construction.
- ASTM C-1077: Standard Practice for Laboratories Testing Concrete and Concrete Aggregates for Use in Construction and Criteria for Laboratory Evaluation.
- ASTM D-3666: Standard Specification for Minimum Requirements of Agencies Testing and inspecting Road and Paving Materials.
- ASTM D-3740: Standard Practice for Minimum Requirements for Agencies Engaged in the Testing and/or Inspections of Soils and Rock as Used in Engineering Design and Construction.
